This is what being a trainer is about.

You have people to motivate and you have to put on a happy face at all times. You can wake up on the wrong side of bed and just feel like cursing and swearing lots but you maintain your composure because 30 people in your class is watching you.

You watch every word you say because it makes a difference to the others. You make sure that you take every opportunity you have to interact and educate your staff.

Sometimes, I feel like I am going against my inner-self... I smile because I teach customer service. I relate past experiences to staff to motivate them even though I am tired beyond imagination.

I need to know all the details, every single detail on the product line sheet, I need to remain THE girl that everyone looks to. I speak perfectly fluent, I stand straight and walk tall even when 3.5 inch heels kills.

Because I am me, the trainer.

So to quote my fav. TV show at present, Dr Grey said : I could quit, but here's the thing: I love the playing field.
