Books and Jet Lagged ?

I NEED BOOKSHELVES !
I am so desperately in need of bookshelves, I need a proper place to keep and display my books ! I bought 46 books over the last year and I need a place to store them ! I need more space ! I wish I have my very own library.. with rows and rows of shelves... the musty smell of books, the sound of dry pages flipping, the joy of reading my books, discovering new information and sastifaction of arranging them ! I LURVE LURVE my books ! Ha Ha Ha.

And i need walk into my room with rows and rows of book.... AH... the comfort of books.

I feel CAFFINATED !

Funny how I am fighting to fall asleep at night. Over the past few days, I have not been able to fall asleep. Not till 3 or 4 am ! I am seriously in need of a time change, the flu bug caught up with me due to lack of sleep during sun shinning hours and at night, I am fit as a fiddle..... Something is seriously wrong with me.

A quick search on google gave me some reasons why we cannot fall asleep ( I found this on a health page for kids and adults )

1 ) Bedtime Fears - Afraid of the Dark, Monsters under the bed.. I only have books, no monsters, have reading lamp too !
2 ) Nightmares ? Ha Ha Ha..... I have them in the day time.
3 ) Worry and Stress .... Nope, none at all....
4 ) Big Changes in Life
5 ) Comfort - too hot, cold, bed crowded with stuff toys... Nope, nope and Nope ! been sleeping in this room for a year now !

and they gave solutions too !

1 ) dont exercise 4 hours before bedtime.
2 ) try a peaceful mind exercise ! ( are you kidding me ? dont get me started ! I will be up ALL night thinking ! )
3 ) dont sleep with a pet ( dont have one, unless sister is considered but she has her room ! )
4 ) talk to a psychologist about stress or sadness.... ( hmmm.... )
5 ) Use sunlight to set your biological clock - As soon as you get up in the morning, go outside and turn your face to the sun for 15 minutes ( this is the funniest one ! )
6 ) Only use your bed for sleeping. Refrain from using your bed to watch TV, pay bills, do work or reading. So when you go to bed your body knows it is time to sleep.
7 ) refrain from Caffine... ( I dont drink coffee, no Tea for me after 8pm ! )

The way I see it, I think number 6 makes sense. I do watch TV, pay bills, do work, study, and read on my bed. Even write my blog ! This is bad !!!!!!!!

This is a random post at 3.14am Singapore Time, I think I am HYPER at this crazy hour. MAYBE I am JET LAGGED, even though I have not left the country at all.
Maybe its me going back in time to student days.. when I just got to finish the assignment !
