A simple joy..and hidden NLP

I have to get up at 6.30am for a 7.30am appointment tomorrow....

argh ! for having to get up so early..., this means that I can enjoy MacDonald's breakfast I haven't had for about 8 months !

Er..... this also means I have to do two more rounds of running !

Those of you from a certain WHHHOOOOOOOOOOOSHHHHHHHH number. you know what i am talking about.....
