Topsy Turvy

"Topsy Turvy" is a bittersweet term. It evokes frivolous associations, yet also intimates a world gone askew, a world of perpetual night where right and wrong have no meaning, where pain and loss upturn rules and routines.

Today, its a slight topsy turvey day at work.. A lot of mess ups a lot of misunderstanding, a lot of SHIT. Surprisingly, I do not start to dislike my work any less. I just need to take it one step at a time and resolve the problems one at a time.

True feelings came out in the meetings... wasn't pretty but the truth needs to be told. There is a big idiot in the office and everyone knows, this is how I analyse it and this is called ''celine, growing up just a little bit more today ''

LESSONS FROM AIESEC

Today sums ups what AIESEC has taught me over the last few years.
In a TEAM, delegation is important, trust in your teammates is crucial and communication is the ULTIMATE tool to ensure smooth working relationships. its funny how we always tell members that we learn a lot of life skills from AIESEC. Its only true when we really enter the workforce and have to deal with office politics.

AGREEING and ACCEPTING.

Its one thing to agree with your bosses, bringing back feedback, reflections and incorporating shared ideas into your work. Its another to blindly agree and adopt the ''my way or the highway'' attitute.

DIFFERENCES

If one has NO tolerance for differences. No respect. Learn.

ASSUMING

A very old and WISE teacher taught me when i was 12. She said A-S-S-U-M-E is making an ASS out of U and ME. Never assume you know everything ! There is always room for improvement !
